Shifang Xinshidai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., formerly Shifang Hongshun Chemical Co., Ltd., was founded in Shifang, a developed small city known for its mining and industrial sectors, approximately 40 kilometers from downtown Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, China. The company boasts a 41-year industrial legacy in sulphuric acid, ammonium phosphate, and hydrogen calcium, encompassing equipment design, construction, tech upgrades, production management, training, and consulting, underpinned by a solid 30 million yuan registered capital.

• We excel in providing a comprehensive range of services from design, fabrication, and installation to commissioning of equipment for the production of sulphuric acid from various sulfur-bearing raw materials(including low concentration SO2), industrial ammonium phosphate, and hydrogen calcium, with an annual capacity ranging from 50,000 to 400,000 tons.
• We specialize in producing equipment for the manufacture of sulphuric acid from various sulphur-rich raw materials, industrial ammonium phosphate, and hydrogen calcium with an annual capacity ranging from 50,000 to 1,000,000 tons, which includes efficient washers (power wave); innovative lead indirect condensers (enhanced type); anode-protected acid coolers; high-efficiency scaling tubes, Venturi tube gas scrubber, acid distributors for sulfuric acid absorption or drying towers, dust collectors, and fiberglass electrostatic demisters.
• We offer integrated technical solutions for making sulfuric acid from pyrite concentrate; integrated technical solutions for roasting iron sulfate from titanium dioxide waste; pioneering low-temperature waste heat recovery solutions from sulfuric acid drying & absorption processes, capturing 0.5 tons of steam heat for every ton of sulfuric acid produced; and enabling low-temperature waste heat recovery post electrostatic dust.
